He lived in the neighborhood for five years and has been involved in the area for a decade. His position as a condo board member gives him insight into building management, and the 110 deals he completed there in 2023 are a testament to his knack for navigating the sometimes-hectic New York City market.
 
After living on the Upper West Side, the Upper East Side, and in Battery Park City, Andrew now owns a condo in Long Island City with his wife, Molly, daughter, Sloane, son, Finn, and their cat, Bear. A graduate of the Manhattan School of Music, Andrew is a professional operatic tenor and has sung internationally. He taught chorus at a public middle school to 435 singers, and he continues to bring music to senior citizens in the Bronx.
